In maintaining a healthy body mass index, exercise must be incorporated in your daily activity, the more intense the exercise the more calories you burn.

Have you ever gone on an early morning jog, you will agree with me that you feel a zest of energy in your body system throughout the day which brings about much efficiency and productivity in your work. What happens is that the exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues which helps your cardiovascular system to work effectively.

Have you ever closed from work or school and you feel the weight of the world on your shoulder; you are stressed and you need to blow off some steam. What you need at that time is not to take a nap or relax but to take a quick exercise; either a workout at the gym or a quick 30 minutes stroll. What happens is that physical activities stimulates various brain chemicals like endorphin which leaves you feeling happier.

Exercise have been proven to be natural remedies to preventing sicknesses and diseases.
According to mayo clinic ”No matter what your current weight, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or “good,” cholesterol and decreases unhealthy triglycerides.
